The year that wasn’t …

Year 2008 has been most action packed year in my life …

It started on a terrible note … dad fell seriously ill … and for almost a month he was on bed.

Then came the excitement … the matrimonial process finally gave some results and I got engaged! (phew… finally!!!) … that too just before the V-day and I had a nice time :)

Holi at home (after 15 years break) was fun … not too much though as I did miss my circle of friends …

Then trouble struck again … with my fiancée met with an accident … which put her down on bed for long 2 months …

My cousins (sis) had an extra doze of fun at Rakhi with me being around at home! Gosh… that’s too many festivals I have been at home!

World economy dropping like a pack of cards and jobs under the scanner …

Then again, this Diwali was no different from last year … me being home! (too many trips to home already!!!)

Then came the D-day of my life … and I got married (do I need to say more!) … a huge dent in my bank account!; thought a trip to higher hills was something I always wanted to do and reaching to 13k ft was an awesome feeling …

The year end hasn’t been great with my uncle again getting seriously ill – hospitalized and operated upon… hope things improve as the year starts …

The New Year resolution!!!well, I think married men shouldn't make any :)
