What a loss…
Aah!!! World Cup – 2007 … I am sure it must have given jitters to whole lot of people … a terrible loss… cricket … naah… (It’s not even worth talking about) … I am concerned about huge amount of money that went into WC as so call “religious” campaign … companies like nike, sahara, LG, tata sky … (to name a few) … who made a gamble over our over hyped Indian cricket team … they knew India won’t win the WC… but super 8 was no where gone … and the chances of being in final 4 was calculated … some news channel did an estimate of something like 400 C!!! Whoa … that’s a magnanimous amount … and why forget bookies … poor folks … I can’t even think of the amount …

I think this is a win for the Bookies than a loose ... now since B'desh and Ireland have come up as a strong team (not to take the trophy but to cause unexpected set backs) - there will be even more speculations about every match till the big 4 emerge ...
The media and advertising money of course is gonna be hit!! But the bookies will surely flourish .. in fact I wont be surprized if the bookies had their hand in the Indo-Pak setbacks ...
