Just when Nikhil went Go-gaga over India Railways (here) … I had exactly opposite experience while returning from my home during Diwali vacation…

The AC duct pipes in an 2 tier AC compartment started dripping … it was much more than just drips … it actually felt like raining inside the coupe … To add on to the fury, it stopped for sometime and started again in the middle of night … which created not chaos among the passengers sitting there but also made the coach dirty and wet … And when asked for the complaint register – the attendant made an excuse of not having one at his disposal!

Nikhil, I think you need to travel once in a UP/Bihar bound trains, especially when they are coming from that end …
